Location
River Islands at Lathrop is located in California, approximately 60 miles east of San Francisco and San Jose and 50 miles south of the State Capitol of Sacramento in the warm San Joaquin River valley.
Accessible by freeway, water and air, River Islands will possess more than 20 miles of natural water frontage on the historic Delta Waterways and will also include over 20 miles of lake front living.
The location is convenient to the Altamont Commuter Express (ACE) train station in Lathrop, which connects the San Joaquin Valley to Bay Area Rapid Transit system (BART) and Santa Clara's world renowned Silicon Valley high tech employment centers.
From San Francisco to project office:
Take the Bay Bridge east to Highway 580 East to Highway 205
Take Highway 205 through Tracy to north Highway 5
Take the Mossdale Road off-ramp and turn right at the stop sign
on to Mossdale Road. Take first right (unmarked) under the
freeway. Turn right at stop sign at Manthey Road. Take second left at Stewart Road.
From Stockton to project office:
Highway 5 south to Lathrop
Take the Manthey Road off-ramp and turn right at the stop sign
on to Manthey Road. Take second left at Stewart Road.
