The Spirit of Giving

Elevating the quality of lives for others.

Our Residents Have Donated Over a Ton of Food.

We want to thank our amazing residents for making the 365 Day of Giving program a success!

At River Islands, we realize that hunger doesn’t just happen between Thanksgiving and Christmas, it happens 365 days of the year. With the help of our generous residents, we are making sure that the shelves are stocked at the local food bank of San Joaquin County.

We also have the Giving Tree at Christmas, where our residents adopt families in need and provide them with the comfort so that every single family member feels they are loved and that they are noticed. To continue the spirit of giving into the summer months, we’re encouraging our residents to bring non-perishable food items to the Welcome Center. Donations are accepted every day and can be dropped off in the bins.
